Ole Theill is 43 and has been active as a musician since the mid '70s. He has been highly sought
after as a drummer by fusion, funk and jazz bands, and since the late '80s also as a tabla player. During his career
he has often been playing with Aske Jacoby and Jacob Christoffersen - two musicians who, like Theill himself, have high regard for tradition and improvisation. They have strived to record all
instruments simultaneously in order to hold on to the ultimative mutual communication, and their aim has been to combine the rigorous Indian tradition with an intuitive and relaxed way of playing.
