The omnipresent Benjamin Koppel is mainly known as a highly ex-troverted saxophonist, but now
he shows us other sides of his musical personality with the new cd "Quietness" - a duo with pianist Steen Rasmussen, who has been Koppel's musical partner for seven years.
They have almost telepathic communication in their joint exploration of moving and heart-felt ballads, melancholy songs and love themes. The music is light, thoughtful, poetic and wistful,
